With 20+ years experience delivering Lean courses, our team are TAE certified, committed to continuous improvement within themselves, and the people and organisations we work with.

Colin has a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and over twenty-five years’ experience leading technical services, professional services and manufacturing companies within SME and ASX Listed environments operating in complex and demanding markets.

Robert Briffa

Business Development Manager

Robert has BSc Hons (II.I) Chemistry and is a Director of Synergy People with thirteen years’ experience within the recruitment Industries and over sixteen years in Senior Sales Management roles within national & international organisations operating within the specialty chemicals and coatings industry. Robert maintains a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification.

Peter Bain

National Operation, Compliance & Governance Manager

Peter possesses 40 years’ experience within the construction and telecommunications industries, from privately owned organisations to ASX-listed businesses. With broad-ranging experience in leadership and frontline workforce roles, Peter is passionate about the importance of training and education in any role. 

Peter maintains a range of qualifications, from trade certificates to Workplace Training and Assessing, Health and Safety, and Governance and Compliance Programs.
