The training workshop introduces the fundamentals of Engagement and Alignment so you can deploy delivery or fully explain what an External Consultant will deploy or your behalf. Moreover, the participants will have an increased understanding of how to establish, lead and monitor an Engagement and Alignment / Self-Management system into the organisation.
