Efficiency Works is pleased to announce their recent acquisition by industry-leading workforce performance organisation, Synergy People.
Synergy People is a professional services organisation focused on supporting its clients to optimise their workforce performance through specialist optimisation, recruitment, and flexible workforce services.
The Efficiency Works brand and its operations will remain as a standalone business offering the same proven suite of business improvement training, consulting and support, while now having the access and backing of Synergy People’s growing organisational infrastructure.
The finalisation of this deal in November 2020 complements the service offerings of both businesses and provides a broader geographical footprint for the ongoing expansion of Synergy’s traditional recruitment and agile workforce services.
Glenn Seaby and Les Hewett, the founders of Efficiency Works are excited by the broader offerings and increased benefits that the acquisition will create for existing and new Efficiency Works Clients. Synergy is passionate about performance through people, a perfect compliment to our own passion to help teams and organisations improve their efficiency. “We are confident our strengths will further enhance Synergy’s own clients performance and together help future clients of both organisations” stated Glenn.
“As many of our clients search for new ways to adapt and improve their own competitiveness, the combination of the outstanding capabilities of both our organisations provides a fresh and exciting platform to deliver enhanced value to our customers.” added Les Hewett.
“Synergy People is a values driven organisation that understands the importance of performance through people and how continuous improvement supercharges efficiencies. The timing is right for these two businesses to come together and merge their capabilities further broadening the knowledge and solutions available to our valued clients” stated Reid Ossington, GM of Efficiency Works.
“Efficiency Works is an exceptional business improvement and training organisation and strengthens our ability to partner with our clients to optimise business performance through people, systems and culture, and help people reach their full potential and optimise their opportunities” explains Colin Taylor, CEO of Synergy.
“With a range of clients and industries that complement our existing portfolio, the acquisition of Efficiency Works supports the Synergy strategy to develop and lead workforce optimisation solutions for a range of specialist industries”.
Efficiency Works and Synergy People are together committed to the seamless continuity of services to their existing clients throughout this exciting period of growth.
