Before you begin your training, you must complete a pre-enrolment process that ensures you are ready and eligible.

We use Competency-Based Assessment (CBA), where you demonstrate practical knowledge and skills instead of only writing theory-based tests.

If you are marked “Not Yet Competent,” don’t worry. You’ll receive feedback and have up to 4 resubmission opportunities before reassessment fees may apply.

This policy relates to assessment and student progress.

All students must follow respectful and responsible conduct during their training.
✅ Communicate professionally with peers and trainers
✅ Meet all assessment and participation expectations
🚫 No bullying, harassment, or discrimination

Violations may lead to a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the course without refund (in serious cases).

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of enrolment.
💰 25% admin fee or $250 (whichever is greater) is non-refundable
🚫 No refunds after 14 days, unless under special consideration
📅 Students can defer or withdraw by submitting a written request to Student Services
