Online Learning for Lean Six Sigma

Green Stream Thinking Workshop

The workshop is delivered over a period of three day, with two days onsite and one day at the Efficiency Works office in undertaking an analysis on the clients data. On the completion of the clients data analysis, Efficiency Works will coordinate with the client a second onsite visit to provide the findings and recommendations on the next phase of the continuous improvement for the business.

Online Lean Six Sigma Belt Course – Black Belt

Lean Six Sigma is a systematic approach to continuous improvement achieved by removing wasteful non-value-adding activities and reducing process variation. Black belts possess a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools, and frameworks, lead process improvement projects and provide strategic input to business improvement programs and projects.

Online Lean Six Sigma Belt Course – Green Belt

Lean Six Sigma is a systematic approach to continuous improvement achieved by removing wasteful non-value-adding activities and reducing process variation. Green Belts work within Lean Six Sigma teams, deliver or lead small projects on their own, help Black Belts apply tools to larger projects, and undertake most of the statistical data collection and Lean tool deployment.

Online Lean Six Sigma Belt Course – Yellow Belt

Lean Six Sigma is a systematic approach to continuous improvement achieved by removing wasteful non-value-adding activities and reducing process variation. Yellow Belts are familiar with the fundamental tenets of Lean Six Sigma concepts, and an understanding of the overall methodology. Typically, Yellow Belts are not regular members of a process improvement team but need to contribute towards Lean Six Sigma projects.
